I started the gemstone club this year and received very dark and dull pyrite without any shine, ugly green stones two months in a row, and June is a greasy yellow. Very disappointing.

Could you make a tutorial on how to use odd shaped beads? I’ve been struggling how to bead some “shield” shaped beads? I can’t get the surrounding beads to lay against them without pulling it super tight and.. breaking.. beads.. T_T

This is such a beautiful design. I love the vintage look to it! I just started one tonight and will have to finish the top and bottom tomorrow, and I'm wondering if you might have the counts for doing this same design on a 13x18 octagon crystal? I have two of the 10x14s and am thinking of doing some sort of pendant with all three. I really love the way you designed the corners but am not sure about the counts for the larger octagon, or even if it would work. Any tips would be so appreciated!
